Fill out our Embroidery Order Form and send it to us by printing it and bringing it in, or by saving the filled out form and faxing or email it as an attachment, or by clicking on the email button.
You must have the FREE Adobe PDF Reader to use this form, which you can get here (you probably already have this, most everyone does. If you don't, go ahead and install it - it's a good thing). You may need a newer version of Adobe Reader if yours is very old - again, it's a good thing to have.
To save the Embroidery Order Form so you can bring or fax it in, Right click on the link in orange and select "Save Link As". This will ask you where you want to save the Form - one easy place is your desktop.
To use the email feature, Outlook or Outlook Express must be installed as your email client. If you get your email with a web browser (which you may be doing if you use AOL, Yahoo or Gmail for your email host) fill the form out and save it to your desktop. Then you can attach your saved Order form to an email to us.
